OK, I've been stalking blogs for over a couple of years now and have had this account open for a while so here I go!!! My youngest child just started Pre-K so I've got a little more time on my hands. I recently opened my Etsy Shop and I'm hoping I can make a living doing what I enjoy rather than sitting behind a desk. My Grannie used to be a seamstress and she has passed down all of her fabrics, lace, buttons, zippers, bias tape, you name it - all to me to have fun with! This week I'm going to show some pics of items I've sewn over the last few years. Starting with this bathing suit cover up I made using Prudent Baby's tutorial. You can go here to see it.
I made this Easter dress for my daughter this year. Don't you just love those colors!!! She was so excited to wear it. The pattern for this is here.

what a cute little dress. I am very impressed that you worked out how to link up your very first post (found you at Crayon Freckles tiptoe through tuesday). It took me about 6 months to work out what a link up party was and how to link. Looking forward to more posts. (Are you going to get a FB page for your blog - easy way for people to follow what you are posting).
